This data shows counts of original, renewal, and reinstatement transactions for professional licenses issued by the Department of Licensing. Transactions counted are currently limited to those professional licenses where Washington is the state of record.

This dataset shows counts of original, renewal, and reinstatement professional license transactions from July 2020 through the end of the last complete month.

- Original transactions are first-time issuances of licenses.
- Renewal transactions represent a continuation of licensing privileges.
- Reinstatement transactions occur when previously lapsed licensing privileges have been reactivated.
